INVITATION TO BID
BRYAN COUNTY LANDSCAPING SERVICES CONTRACT
1. Sealed bid proposals for the Bryan County Landscaping Services Contract will be publicly opened and
read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building, located at 290 Fort McAllister Road, Richmond
Hill GA 31324 at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday September 24, 2026. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may
be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the above address Monday - Friday during normal
business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. on
Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the address above.
2. Bryan County provides landscaping services at County facilities with traditional mowing equipment that
requires smaller equipment and hand work. Therefore, the County is seeking the services of a Contractor to
maintain the grass and vegetation located at County facilities, County parks and various roundabouts and right-
a-ways. Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide these
landscaping services. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance
of this bid. Bryan County does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract. This contract will consist
of the services outlined in the request for proposals (RFP).

4. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all
nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if
Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the County to make an award to that Bidder,
whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or
fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
5. It is understood and agreed that the bidder agrees that this bid shall be an option, which is hereby given to
the Owner to accept or reject this bid at any time within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from
the date on which it is opened and read. It is expressly covenanted and agreed that this proposal is not
subject to withdrawal by the bidder during the term of said option. The party submitting the bid is solely
responsible for delivering the bid to the exact location and by the time stated.
