REPLACEMENT OF FOUR (4) CEILING FANS - VEHICLE MAINTENANCE GARAGE

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for the replacement of four (4) ceiling fans in the vehicle maintenance garage located at the Public Works Department, 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.

The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.

A pre-bid meeting, followed by a site visit, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025, in the Public Works Administration conference room located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5200_Replacement_Of_Four_4_Ceiling_Fans___Vehicle_Maintenance_Garage , prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, August 29, 2025, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.

Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5200_Replacement_Of_Four_4_Ceiling_Fans___Vehicle_Maintenance_Garage , prior to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.  A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB.  All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.
