Project Description: Kin‑Delivered Home Management – Project Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking Proposals for Kin‑Delivered Home Management services to support families with children at risk of maltreatment or child welfare involvement. This Bonfire project is exclusively for proposers intending to deliver Kin‑Delivered Home Management services under the Family Preservation Service array.
Proposers must upload their Kin‑Delivered Home Management proposal to this specific Bonfire project. Submissions for Kin-Delivered Home Management uploaded to any other Family Preservation project (Case Management, Agency‑Delivered Home Management, or Parenting Skills) will be disqualified.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via DHS’s Bonfire Portal. Please refer to the RFP for full requirements.
