The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide independent audit services of its 340B programs at its Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) and respective child-sites, along with its three Ryan White and one Hemophilia Covered Entities. Audit should simulate an onsite Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) audit and must occur annually at each covered entity for a 3 year engagement.
