Description
This Opportunity is only for the qualified contractors that submitted a successful response during a recent Invitation to Qualify process that was publicly posted on SAP Ariba for all those interested. Work covers construction services for heating, ventilation and air conditioning upgrades to the Air Terminal Building at the St. Anthony Airport, in Newfoundland & Labrador.
.1 Demolition of baseboard heating, boiler, heating water piping, pumps, fuel tank and pad.
.2 Install electric heat, new concrete pad for generator, fuel polishing system, fuel oil piping and new controls.
.3 HVAC installation and modification.
.4 New heating generator & electrical panel.
.5 Electrical power distribution renovation.
Work to be completed on or before October 1, 2026.
