HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract(s) for as needed electrical services atthe San Antonio State Hospital Bldg. 817 and the San Antonio State SupportedLiving Center.
OptionalOn-Site Visit
HHSC will conduct one(1) optional on-site visit at thelocation specified below on the date and time identified in the ProcurementSchedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established insubsequent Addenda.
The on-site visitwill include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of thefacility.
Attendance is strongly encouraged, butnot required. Failure to attend in person will not disqualify a Bidder.

On-SiteVisit Instructions: Contractors shall enter at the 6711 S. New Braunfels Gate,check in with the security guard and they will inform the MaintenanceDepartment of your arrival. They willeither escort you to maintenance building or have you meet at Bldg. 817. Take the first right at the round about toenter campus.
