Scope of Work:
Replace Fire Alarm Panel Batteries:

**4th Floor IDF Room 4.2 does not have a Smoke Detector. All other IDF Rooms in the building have Smoke Detectors. Check with local Authority Having Jurisdiction to see if it is required.

** Fire Fighter Phones are not installed in Elevators 1-4. The Main Fire Alarm Control Panel has controls labeled as Fire Fighter Phones for Elevator 1-4.

** 9th Floor N. Mechanical Room Air Handler 9-1 was not running, and Air Handler Shutdown Function could not be tested. This is not functional.
