HVAC Services-Preventative Maintenance and other maintenance and repair

The State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Multi-Agency Radio Communication System (MARCS), is soliciting dealers for on State contract CSP900522 for annual HVAC maintenance and repairs to all 261 MARCS tower sites. Only suppliers on CPS900522 or Index number MAC038 may respond to this solicitation.

Each HVAC unit is to be inspected in accordance to MARCS specifications and standards (see attached HVAC Preventative Maintenance Requirements).

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Completion of the grid and site list pricing spreadsheet are required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation. Any line item on the site list pricing shreapsheet that is not completed will be considered as a zero cost offer.

Selection will be based on the lowest quote for Preventative Maintenance pursuant to the completion of the grid and pricing spreadhseet, which is attached.

Consideration will ONLY be given to suppliers that can supply service to all 261 sites.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
