The 633d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) AFB , VA, is issuing this solicitation to obtain non-personal massage therapy services for patrons of the Langley Sports and Fitness Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis. This requirement will be awarded as a Department of the Air Force Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) services contract.
The contractor shall furnish all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform massage therapy services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service to JBLE patrons. Contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to providing massage tables and chairs, standard intake forms, service-ready linens, a printer for administrative documentation, cleaning and sanitation supplies to maintain a professional, safe, and hygienic service environment for patrons of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
Questions and Answers: Questions are due no later than 29 January 2026 at 1100, and responses will be provided by 1600 on 04 February 2026. Only one set of questions will be recorded per contractor so please ensure that your latest submissions is a compilation of the previous (if applicable).
