SUBJECT: Sources Sought Notice for Sole Source Market Research for the 501 Combat Support Wing Fire Alarm System, RAF Alconbury, RAF Croughton, RAF Fairford, RAF Molesworth and RAF Welford
This notification serves three (3) purposes:
Only the components required as part of the Monaco D-21 Windows 11 software upgrade will be sole sourced, if no other sources are identified that can provide an equivalent system. In the event no equivalent sources are found, the sole source justification will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. A subsequent market survey will not be published in support of a Justification and Approval for sole sourcing.

General and technical requirements
The identified items are intended to provide fire detection and alarm services. A full description of the required items will be included in the subsequent posting of the Sole Source Justification.
Submission Requirements:
This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information. Product information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. Reponses must be received by 16:00 GMT 15 July 2025 to be considered.
The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response.
