Jack O Lantern Jubilee VIP Hospitality & Catering Services

The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide full-service VIP Hospitality, including food, beverages, door/gate security staffing, and a facility for the annual Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee.  Bidding vendors must be certified through the South Carolina Department of Agriculture and be able to obtain a “Special Event” permit through the South Carolina Department of Revenue.

Service Windows & Menu Requirements:

• Friday, October 23, 2026 (5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.): Full dinner meal (1 protein, 2 sides, bread, and dessert) plus a dedicated grazing/snack table at the VIP tent.

• Saturday, October 24, 2026 (3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.): Full dinner meal (1 protein, 2 sides, bread, and dessert) plus a dedicated grazing/snack table at the VIP tent.

• Staffing & Security: Bidding vendors must provide dedicated security personnel to man both the VIP door/gate entrance at the facility and the entrance to the VIP tent during all operational hours.

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

• Vendors must carry active Workers' Compensation insurance.

Quotes should be clearly labeled "Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee VIP Catering Quote" and submitted via email to dboyd@northaugustasc.gov .  Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026.
