Homelessness-related services contract for Homeless Services
The Office of Homeless Services (OHS), as the Lead Agency for the Philadelphia Continuum of Care (CoC), is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting firm to support the creation and implementation of the CoC Process for FY26. This work will include aid with the Local Competition Process as well as the Consolidated App. This work will be aligned with the Philadelphia CoC and support system-wide efforts to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.
