Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide USG ITS Property Management Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
The Board of Regents of the University of Georgia is seeking quotes from qualified suppliers to provide property management services at the University System of Georgia Information Technology Services building at 2500 Daniells Bridge Road Athens, Georgia, 30606. These services will need to meet the Scope of Work found within the solicitation event and includes but is not limited to Janitorial/Custodial Services, Building Maintenance (interior and exterior), Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance and Repair, Electrical Maintenance and Repair, Plumbing Maintenance and Repair, Pest Control Services, Life Safety Systems Repair and Maintenance, and etc.
The primary intent of this eRFQ is to identify a single source to provide all of the necessary goods and/or services. However, the State Entity reserves the right to make split awards.
