26-0017-2 West Broad YMCA Pool Renovation **REBID**

Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide a new pool deck, pool, and associated utilities within the footprint of the existing pool and pool deck at the West Broad YMCA. The West Broad YMCA is located at 1110 May Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401. The scope will also include pole lights, minimal landscaping, and a prefabricated pool equipment building. Utilities will be stubbed up for a potential future restroom building. Full buildout of the restroom is not included within this project¿s scope. A gas pool heater is to be provided as an add-alternate line item by the contractor. Drawings found within Chatham County¿s Procurement Portal for this project include demolition, site plans, utilities, grading, electrical, landscape, and a full pool package.
