The Town of Cornwall is seeking qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to design, permit, engineer, construct, and commission an approximate 15,000 gallon per day (GPD) Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system for the treatment of wastewater collected from the Village of West Cornwall located in the Town of Cornwall. The goal of the project is to provide high-quality effluent that meets all regulatory discharge requirements while ensuring system reliability and long-term performance. The proposed treatment system will discharge renovated wastewater to the Housatonic River.
