The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing venipuncture services for Veterans at the Vinita VA Clinic, part of the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS). This is a new requirement. Services include outpatient lab draws, specimen processing, and preparation for transport to the VA Medical Center. The anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and nine (9) option years. Interested parties must review the attached Sources Sought notice and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed requirements and submission instructions.
