City of St. Charles School District ? Fire Alarm Upgrades Project
Sealed bids are requested from qualified electrical contractors for Fire Alarm Upgrades at various schools across the City of St. Charles School District.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the District Central Office. Only electrical contractors meeting the specified requirements within the contract documents will be considered as qualified bidders.
Bids will be received by Director of Facilities, Mr. Scott Bennett on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the District Central Office, 400 North 6 th Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter.
The project consists of upgrading existing fire alarm devices throughout various schools in the district. Contract documents are available by contacting Facility Solutions Group (Chris Jerden) at 636-537-0203.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and to comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.
