ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the City of St. Charles School District will receive sealed bids for the following project:
Project Name: Harris Elementary and St. Charles West High School
Sealed bids will be received until 2pm, February 3rd, at 400 N. 6th Street St. Charles, MO 63301 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from County Blue Reprographics on January 8, 2026. BLDD Architects will be the main point of contact for any questions related to the scope and specifications.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 12th at 2pm, at Harris Elementary.
The City of St. Charles School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
