Description:

Major renovations to two (2) National Guard Armories located in Orangeburg (C) and Manning (D). Renovations include roof replacement or repair, HVAC upgrades, window and door replacement, flooring and carpeting replacement, painting of interior and exterior walls and electrical and plumbing systems upgrade. Assessment and improvements to vehicle parking and access roads to be included. The Anticipated Construction Range is per location.
