Description:

Provide A/E services and designs for renovation of a 4000sf mixed use office building to include: Replacement of roof, exterior siding, sidewalks, doors, ceiling, lighting, and HVAC systems; Interior layout changes to create a classroom and replace aging wood panel partition walls; and restroom modification to serve the new layout and update fixtures and plumbing. Perform contract administration services for project execution.
