Description
Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the design, permitting, site preparation and construction of the new Douglas County Fire/EMS Department Training Building located at 1765 Wortham Road, Douglasville, GA 30134 (the ¿Project¿). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project.
