Braintree Fire Headquarters Roof Replacement Project

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the Braintree Fire Headquarters Roof Replacement Project. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) may be obtained from Projectdog at http://www.projectdog.com (code #871284) on May 13, 2026.

A non-mandatory pre-bid briefing will be held at Braintree Fire HQ, 1 Union Place on May 20, 2026 at 10:00AM.

Filed Sub-Bids are due on May 28, 2026 no later than 2:00 PM via www.projectdog.com . General Bids are due on June 4, 2026 no later than 2:00 PM via www.projectdog.com .

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. DCAMM Certification in Plumbing and HVAC for filed sub-bidders, DCAMM Certification in Category of Roofing for General Bidders, Bid deposits, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its bid is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that bids are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late bids will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
