APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The requirement is for the continued service, maintenance, and supply of consumables for the existing multi-function devices (MFDs) currently in operation (75 units total). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and supervision necessary to perform continuing service, technical support, emergency service calls, and repairs on all covered MFD equipment. In alignment with the prior DLA contract, the contractor shall provide ongoing, comprehensive support for all covered MFDs to ensure maximum uptime and operational continuity.
