The Contractor must supply all qualified labor, equipment, and materials to perform annual certification and unit proof tests (e.g. testing with -live loads-), and issue certifications of compliance for cranes and hoists identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Crane List, of this specification in accordance with Articles 99 and 100, Title 8, General Industrial Safety Orders (GISO). Any equipment not listed on Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Crane List, must be charged at fair market price. The Contractor will furnish all equipment and test weights necessary to complete annual tests each year of this contract.
