Pre-Advertisement Notice: ATL Cloud Support Services (ERP)

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Finance, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step
Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for
Bid (IFB) for the procurement of comprehensive post-implementation managed services support for the
ATLCloud Oracle Fusion ERP system. The engagement is intended to enhance system stability,
performance monitoring, service level oversight, governance processes, training, and continuous
improvement across all supported modules. Interested vendors will be prequalified based on
demonstrated public-sector Enterprise Resources and Planning Platform (ERP) experience,
Organizational capacity, Technical Capability, Deliver Services, and Management Capacity. The
City's expectation is that the selected supplier will ensure operational continuity, strengthen
internal capabilities, and support a structured transition. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be
