Description

In accodance with FAR 16.505(b)(2), the action being approved is an exception to the fair opportunity process. This justification authorizes the sole source procurement of application sustainment support for the Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES). There are two task orders included in this action. SP4709-22-F-0068 and SP4709-22-F-0069
