The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Information Technology Projects is soliciting MBE dealers on for renewal of 1 QTY Flexera Maintenance Plan Bronze   technical support  renewal for AdminSt on Contract RSC024735.

This is to renew one (1) license of AdminStudio used by IT Support to deploy software remotely (serial number SMTKBAP9040416708).

Period of Performance:  12/19/2026 – 12/18/2027

Failure to provide valid bid pricing for at least 60 days may deem the quote non-response.

MBE SET ASIDE OPPORTUNITY
Section 125.081 of the Ohio Revised Code requires State agencies to set-aside purchases for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) .  Only MBE will be considered for award.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 12/19/2026 – 12/18/2027.

CONTRACT AWARD
Contract RSC024735 will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by category of product. Failure to bid all items in a category may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive for that category.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
A PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items, provide PDF quote, or reference associated contract may deem the quote non-responsive. All costs including shipping must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid. Shipping cannot be estimated, must be firm-fixed price if applicable. Bid pricing must be valid for 60 days. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT : Bidders responding to this Invitation to Bid must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer of the products they are bidding. Bidders should submit a letter with their bid response certifying that they are the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. This certification must be on the manufacturer's letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer's representative.  The bidder will be required to provide said certification letter within five (5) business days, after notification, to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, if not submitted with the bid response. Failure to submit the certification letter within the stated time period will result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
