Solicitation Description:

Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”, is soliciting responses from qualified respondents, herein

“Respondents”, to provide turnkey, Food Truck Scheduling and Management Services to the Williamson County

Administrative Headquarters Building and surrounding campus building in Georgetown, Texas. The objective is to

offer safe, diverse and high-quality food options for breakfast and lunch to employees and visitors while ensuring

efficient scheduling, compliance with applicable regulations, and minimal disruption to County operations.

The County expects to receive and evaluate responses and award a contract to a primary vendor that can provide

all of the services listed. The resulting award will be for a multi-year agreement.
