Site Visit Time: 11a.m
Bidders must complete the “Item Grid” and attach an electronic copy of their proposal with a detailed scope of work within the solicitation in Ohio Buys. The cost proposal must include all parts, labor and fees associated with acquiring
any necessary permits and associated engineering services
as required to complete this project.
Bids will be evaluated, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
