| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Appalachian State University is seeking design services for a new indoor batting facility for baseball. The project scope includes the erection of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building approximately 34' x 60' to house indoor baseball training. Some existing storm drains and piping will be removed to make room for the building pad. The building is intended to be heated and illuminated. The Owner will finish with turf flooring outside of the contract for construction. Some preliminary feasibility work has been completed on this project and will be furnished to the selected firm.
