| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
The project scope is to install the duct bank life safety and optional standby power systems from the Weil/Winfield generator to the seven (7) residence halls in the Quad (Jamison, Coit, Bailey, Cotten, Hinshaw, Gray, Shaw). Scope of work includes disconnects, transfer switches, panels, etc. at the buildings. The generator was installed in 2019 and was sized to accommodate the additional load required. Designer is to provide the least intrusive practical design. Construction completion is to be scheduled no later than July 23, 2027.
