Glendale Community College STEAM Building

Project Description: The Glendale Community College STEAM Building will be a new single-story masonry building, replacing two existing modular classroom building and exterior canopy. The scope of work includes building demolition and site prep for a new, single-story masonry building of approximately 10,230 square feet. The work also includes all interior buildout, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting and the tie-in of all building utilities plus the extension of the campus chilled water system to the building.
WORK THAT IS NOT PART OF THIS BID includes services direct to the Owner such as geo-technical reports and materials testing, any hazardous materials testing and abatement.
Structured cabling / equipment / racks / voice-data systems, audio-visual systems and building security systems (cameras & access control) will be under separate contract and are not part of this bid. However, conduit pathways and back-boxes for these systems ARE part of this bid.
