Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Floyd County, Georgia proposes to award a Contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, upon sealed bids, for the furnishing of all labor, tools, material, equipment, and other things necessary for: Demolition and Installation of Sidewalks and Handicap Ramps in Lindale GA Bid #26-028.
A site visit is planned for Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM. All interested parties will meet at the Gilbreath Center Park close to the playground in Lindale, GA. The address is 110 Garden Ave. SE and we will leave from there. The linear footage provided is an estimate. Contractors are responsible for obtaining their own measurements and taking their own pictures of the area. Change orders are discouraged and we rely on the experience of the contractor to estimate correctly.
