CMH26-114 - Supply and Delivery of Wood Utility Poles

The City of Medicine Hat is seeking qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of wood utility poles on an "as required" basis. All poles shall conform to the requirements outlined in Material Standard ED-MPO-001.02 and shall be supplied in accordance with the pricing and compensation schedules included in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year from execution of contract, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional nine (9) years.
