The Town of Weymouth is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Insurance Benefit Consultant Services for Town of Weymouth benefit eligible municipal and school district employees and members of the Weymouth Contributory Retirement System and retired teachers.  The Request for Proposals will be available beginning on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. and may be obtained via Email.

Questions pertaining to the scope of services in this solicitation must be submitted to the Procurement Department in writing via Email no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

All answers will be in the form of an addendum and sent electronically to all registered respondents by 3:00 PM on Friday, September 5, 2025

The proposal must comply with all minimum requirements set forth in the RFP in order to be deemed responsive.

Respondents shall submit Non-Price proposals. The Non-Price proposal must be in a separate envelope and sealed. Envelopes must be marked with the Respondent’s Name, Proposal Date Deadline/Opening, and labeled the Town of Weymouth “HR Benefits Broker/Consultant – Non-Price Proposal”.

RFP Delivery/Submission Address: Sealed proposals from interested Respondents will be received and registered at the Town of Weymouth, Department of Asset Management & Procurement, c/o John MacLeod, Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189 until 1:00 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025.
