This is a presolicitation notice for the purchase and installation of CCTV cameras for Yokota Air Base Officers Club.
The scope of the requirement is as follows.
- Proccurement of 36 security cameras and peripheral equipment such as monitoring units, recording units and wall mounts . The contractor is responisble for procuring all nececassry items , components and wiring for the installtion of the CCTV's.
- Delivery of the items to the customers designated location at Yokota Air Base Japan.
- Removal of existing CCTV infrastructure.
- Installation of CCTV system
- User Training
- 10 year warranty
All offerors are required to have a Japanese Cage Code for product maintenance purposes.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
