AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to solicit and award a Single Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures for the purchase of a Triple Point Water Maintenance System. The Isotech ITL-M-18233 meets the government’s needs. Isotech is the only manufacturer that is compatible with the current Air Force triple point of water cells and associated hardware. The Government envisions a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The anticipated quantity is for 1 unit. The requirement is for Triple Point Water Maintenance System in accordance with the Purchase Description, which is available for download at this site. A copy of the approved J&A is also posted with this notification.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by AFMETCAL. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required item within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Interested parties should submit questions or capability statements to Benjamin Bailey at benjamin.bailey.9@us.af.mil.
