Background
This solicitation is issued on behalf of Sacramento Housing Authority Repositioning Program, Inc. (SHARP), a nonprofit development corporation. For purposes of this IFQ, SHARP is an independent entity. Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is not a party to any resulting contract and disclaims any obligations or liabilities arising from this solicitation or any resulting agreement.
Various properties may be covered under this agreement. Selected contractor(s) may be asked to execute separate agreements to maintain separation between the limited partnerships which own the properties.
Timeline
Agency staff will be present to facilitate the walkthrough and identify the areas anticipated for security coverage.
After completing the walkthrough at 626 I Street, Agency staff and contractors will proceed to the next site. The Agency will not provide transportation between locations; contractors are responsible for their own transportation.
