Roadway Drainage Upgrades for Missinipe and Brabant Lake
Synopsis:

NMS requires roadway and drainage improvements in Missinipe and Brabant Lake to address surface water management, erosion control, and access. The scope of work includes culvert installation, ditch and swale construction, road grading, resurfacing, and approach improvements as detailed in the civil design packages prepared by ConTech General Contractors.

NMS is requesting quotations from qualified contractors for roadway and drainage upgrades within the Northern Settlements of Missinipe and Brabant Lake, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the civil drawings issued January 2025.

Proponents shall clearly identify pricing by project.

PROJECT A – MISSINIPE ROADWAY & DRAINAGE UPGRADES

At minimum, the Successful Supplier will be responsible for:

1.Completing all site visit(s) necessary to assess project requirements
2. Providing all lodging, meals, and travel costs
3. Coordinating site access with District officials
4. Supplying all labour, equipment, materials, and tools
5. Excavation, grading, and ditch construction
6. Supply and installation of culverts, rip rap, geotextile, and traffic gravel
7. Roadway realignment and shoulder restoration
8. Construction of driveway and facility approaches
9. Disposal of surplus materials in accordance with approved landfill requirements
10. Final site cleanup and restoration
11. Completion of all work in accordance with issued drawings and specifications

PROJECT B – BRABANT LAKE ROADWAY & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

At minimum, the Successful Supplier will be responsible for:

1. Completing all site visit(s) necessary to assess project requirements
2. Providing all lodging, meals, and travel costs&
