The Government is seeking a maximum of 37,125 Rentable SF (RSF)/ 33,000 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below.
This procurement is set-aside for SDVOSB
North: 25th Ave N./State Hwy. 197
South: Texas Ave/4th Ave
East: Bay Street N.
West: I-45 to Hughes Rd. to Galveston Rd.
The lease term shall be 20 Years, 10 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 90 days’ prior written notice.
The Lease Term Commencement Date will be on or about 01-01-2027.
