Synopsis:
|
|
SRC requires the supply, installation and commissioning of one (1) Reverse Osmosis and DI Water Purification System for the production of rare earth fluorides at a pilot scale. The lessons from this pilot may be used in conjunction with the Rare Earth Elements Processing Facility (REPF) plant in Saskatoon.

|
Supply, design, manufacture, test, and commission a continuous water purification system incorporating Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Electrodeionization (EDI) capable of producing on-demand deionized water suitable for laboratory and process use.
System shall:

Operate from municipal feedwater supplied via ¾” copper line
-
Produce DI water continuously

Support direct filling of process vessels

Require minimal operator intervention
Limited storage (≤ 2000 L) is acceptable but system shall be capable of maintaining quality without reliance on large storage volumes
