Description:

The California Department of Public Health, Facilities Management Area (FMA), is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide all vehicles necessary to provide and perform the shuttle service transportation service(s) as detailed herein: vehicle maintenance, operation costs, fees, required insurance (as detailed under Exhibit E), registration, and all other costs associated with vehicles; labor, equipment, and supplies required to provide regular shuttle
service.

The Facilities Management Area (FMA) intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost.
