The purpose of this invitation is to establish contracts with roofing manufacturers to provide condition assessment inspections, project design and scoping, project management and oversight, management of required subcontractors and supervision required in the performance of installation, replacements, improvements, maintenance, emergency maintenance and/or repair needs to roofing systems and their associated components with products directly manufactured by the roofing manufacturer on various structures that may be required by the Ohio Department of Transportation at locations in all counties within the State of Ohio, all in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in the Bid Document. |
