Overview

Summary

In accordance with the State of Florida Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) F.S. 287.005, the City of Lakeland is requesting qualification submittals from firms to assist the City of Lakeland with Professional Municipal Engineering Services

THIS RFQ SHALL RESULT IN A THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR TWO (2), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.

Background

Engineer shall include all phases of engineering services, including, but not limited to, Planning, Reports & Studies, and Design & Construction Services. Services will also include specific areas such as General Municipal, Wastewater, and Water operations engineering. Services will be for the City’s Public Works Department, Department of Electric, Department of Water and Wastewater Utilities and other City Departments.
