Summary

Cecil County Department of Emergency Services is seeking to establish a Standby Contract for Emergency Debris Management, and Removal Services. The contractor(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to the Clearing and /or removing debris from the public right-of-way, streets and roads to a temporary disposal area (DMS), Management and operation of debris management sites, and reduce disaster related debris.

These services will not be authorized until such time as a Notice to Proceed has been issued; typically in response to a natural or man-made disaster.
