Solicitation Summary
WSSC Water is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to engage an appropriately licensed Electric Contractor to work with WSSC Water and its Energy Advisor in implementing its energy policy and procurement strategy. Such agreement will be structured, whereby, the Electric Contractor will pass through all direct market costs of serving WSSC Water’s electric load, including PJM wholesale market, block or generation purchases, utility service, and regulatory fees, as applicable.
