Guitar and String Instructor, KSB

Offeror shall provide music instruction with an emphasis in guitar and string for students at KSB. The instruction must take into account the needs of the students who are blind and visually impaired. This includes planning and implementing projects that students without sight or who have limited sight must be able to benefit from. Instruction may be in a group or individual (one-on-one) setting. Work Schedule Monday - Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME The Music Teacher and student availability will determine specific hours. Schedule will be set at the beginning of each school year and may change depending on availability of students. Guitar and String Instruction will be provided approximately 30 hours per week; 35 weeks All services will take place on the KSB campus, located at 1867 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY. All contractors at the Kentucky School for the Blind are subject to background checks, per KRS 160.380.
