Preventive Maintenance Service on Building Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System - CR

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Preventive Maintenance Service on Building Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451.  The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to provide Preventive Maintenance Service on Building Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System that includes testing and Inspection services as described herein in accordance with manufacturer¿s standards. Contractor shall also perform the testing and inspections as required for the 5-year certification of all systems and associated equipment.  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35445 - DO NOT OPEN.

Bidders are not required to visit the worksite.¿Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿ Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk. ¿Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting Mr. Mike Stonecipher at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license, or subcontract to one.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Sergey Kinchak, at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 5/16/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35445.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 5/30/2025 at 2:00 PM.
