Description

The Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions (ECS) requires a Proponent to provide application development, maintenance, and enhancement services to operate the Community Energy and Emissions Database (CEED) application.
CEED is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud (Canada servers) database with around 40 internal BC government users. At its foundation CEED is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that has been customized to meet the needs of multiple business units.
CEED facilitates knowledge mobilization within the provincial government to support the work in multiple business units. CEED enables evidence-based climate action policies, programs, and investments across B.C which will support the efforts of local governments and Indigenous nations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, adapt to a changing climate and implement infrastructure projects. CEED also supports the development of major clean energy projects in BC and operation of the BC Community Climate Funding Guide.
By way of this RFP, ECS seeks proposals from experienced Dynamics cloud database application development vendors to provide technical services related to the business analysis design, development, implementation, and maintenance of CEED.
Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
