The Purchase & Installation of Smart Board Flat Panel Devices

The Town of Cheshire is seeking competitive bids from qualified and responsible vendors for the purchase and installation of SMART Board Flat Panel Devices for the New North End Elementary School, Jarvis Street & Marion Road, Cheshire, CT 06410. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on April 10, 2026 at the Cheshire Town Hall, Town Manager’s Office, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410. At that time, bids will be opened in public and read aloud. Please clearly mark all packages with the following in a sealed opaque envelope: “Cheshire Public Schools – New North End Elementary School – SMART Board Flat Panel Devices” Bid packages will be available for download on March 24, 2026. Plans, Specifications, and Instructions to Bidders may be obtained at the Town Website ( www.cheshirect.org under “Bids and RFPs”) or the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services contracting portal ( https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard).
